What we collect
When you submit the Join the Rickhouse request form, we collect the information you provide (distillery name, name, email, role, and any optional notes). We may also collect basic technical metadata (e.g., browser user agent) and a privacy-preserving hash of your IP address for abuse prevention.
How we use it
We use this information to (1) respond to your access request, (2) onboard you if approved, and (3) improve Rickhouse One’s product and onboarding process.
Turnstile verification
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse of the request form. Turnstile may process information necessary to determine whether a submission is likely to be from a human.
Where data is stored
Access requests are stored in secure systems used to operate and protect Rickhouse One. Our infrastructure providers may process data solely to deliver the service and maintain security.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the site and process access requests, or when required by law.
Retention
We retain access request submissions as long as needed to evaluate and onboard, and to maintain reasonable business records. You can request deletion at any time (see Contact).
